HRM. The significance of work-life balance in HRM practices and its effects on
organizational success are examined in this research.
People Are Important in Organizations:
Regardless matter whether an organization is for-profit or non-profit, people
are essential to it. Even with the rapid growth of technology and the growing
need for cognitive abilities, human resources are still essential. Increased
revenue, productivity, and client loyalty can result from an understanding of
organizational behavior and taking care of the human aspect of enterprises
(Ferres, 2015).
Difficulties with Work-Life Balance:
In the hectic corporate world of today, striking a good work-life balance has grown more difficult. Employee stress, exhaustion, and strained relationships are caused by the blurring of work and personal life borders, technology improvements, and the push to produce greater results (Summit, 2017).
Positive Organizational Behavior and
Work-Life Balance: Positive organizational behaviors have a substantial impact
on work-life balance and employee engagement, which improves output,
profitability, and performance overall. Passion and a deep connection to their
job are displayed by engaged employees, which spurs innovation and advances the

morale and productivity of the company by engaging in negative behaviors such
frequent venting, chronic absenteeism, and demotivation.

work-life balance. To increase employee engagement, productivity, and overall
happiness, organizations should give priority to work-life balance programs
